Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation
Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation is a safe, painless, non-surgical procedure that repairs you and
your skin. Rooted in Classic East Asian Medical theory the treatments support and enhance
overall health while emphasizing chi and blood flow to the face. In addition to relaxing facial
acupressure and facial massage each client’s course of treatment is individually tailored to improve
the function of their internal organ systems.
BENEFITS
Increases circulation to the face
Promotes collagen production
Improves muscle tone, dermal contraction and elasticity
Helps fill out wrinkles, tighten pores, lift bags and sagging
Stimulates the formation of body fluids
Encourages lymph drainage
Promotes normal secretion from oil glands
Facilitates nutrient absorption
Reduces stress
Improves immune function
Less costly than cosmetic surgery
No side effects
No trauma to the skin, muscles or connective tissue
No recovery period
No chemical injections.
No risk, complications, or stigma of surgery
Your luxurious treatment begins with topical application of safe, non-toxic cleanser, toner, and
exfoliate which deliver anti-oxidants and pure-plant extracts directly to the skin cells. The
acupuncturist will choose a maximum of 6 body points to activate chi, blood and internal organ
function based on your individual needs. No more than 8 ultra-thin acupuncture needles are then
painlessly inserted into problem areas of the face. This is a deeply relaxing time.
Once the needles are removed additional acupoints may be stimulated using Acupressure, that is,
gentle finger pressure on the points. Massage of the acupuncture channels of face, neck and scalp
further increase the treatments therapeutic effect.
We consolidate and conclude the treatment with a rich, deeply detoxifying Masque and
restorative trans-dermal nutrients.
Certain beneficial foods, nutritional changes, supplements, chi kung exercises, and at-home
acupressure protocols are recommended on an individualized basis.
The benefits of a completed course of treatment can last up to 36 months. Some benefits will stay
with you forever. Keep in mind that Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation repairs and restores the
health and vitality of your skin by improving the body’s innate ability to replace and repair all of
your cells, not just skin cells.
Monthly maintenance appointments will support this function and help maintain vibrant supple
skin as well as improve your overall health. A person's lifestyle, diet and routine exposure to
toxins will absolutely have an effect on cellular repair and reproduction. Routine self-care will
help mitigate some of these adverse effects.
