ESF Community Project Development W orker
My work involved developing local community
group projects as part of Stockport MBC
Community Services’ European Social F und (ESF)
                     ‘Building Learning Communities’ first-round bid
                     application.
I was assigned to Reddish Crime Panel and,
within the second month of working with them,
was successful in acquiring funding of £24,000. It
was during this period that I began working,
                     independently, on the community website.
The whole ESF project was abandoned due to
SMBC Community Service’s failure to secure
                     second-round funding.
