Notice is hereby given that the Imperial County Planning & Development
Services will take action on the below referenced projects. The hearing will be
held in the Imperial County Planning & Development Services Department
Conference Room (Basement), 801 Main Street, El Centro, California.


   1. Larry Smith has submitted Conditional Use Permit #05-0004, proposing to
      build a second dwelling unit on his approximately 8 acre parcel for family
      member’s accommodation on property described as Portion West 795 ft of
      Tract 68, Township 16 South, Range 12 East. Assessors Parcel Number
      051-430-20-01, (1985 West Evan Hewes, Seeley), (Supervisorial District

   2. Leo Cuen has submitted Lot Merger #00071, proposing a Lot Merger of
      lots for compliance of C-2-PE (General Commercial Pre-exiting) restaurant
      being remodeled on property described as Lots 41 through 46 inclusive,
      Block 12, Townsite of Dixieland. Assessors Parcel Number 051-071-09-

   3. Thomas L. Brooks has submitted Conditional Use Permit #05-0009,
      proposing to place a 2nd dwelling unit in the east half of parcel on property
      described as Blocks 56 & 58 of the Townsite of Dixieland in the
      unincorporated area of the Count of Imperial. Assessors Parcel Number

   4. Douglas & Elena Westmorland have submitted Lot Merger #00073,
      proposing to merge two lots in order to construct a detached garage on
      property described as Lots 7 & 8, Townsite of Seeley. Assessors Parcel
      Number 051-202-07-01, (1781 Main Street, Seeley), (Supervisorial District
      #3), [Richard Cabanilla, Planner IV at (760) 482-4236, extension 4313].

   5. Yadira Lem has submitted Lot Merger #00074, proposing to merge lots
      into 50’ x 140’ size parcel to replace old home with larger home on
      property described as Lots 12 & 13, Block 10, Townsite of Seeley.

    6. Imperial Irrigation District/Seaview Wildlife Conservancy have submitted
       Lot Line Adjustment #00206, proposing to place land conservancy
       currently under the Salton Sea A-U into one (1) parcel of Section 13, to
       adjust lands so that a single use is apparent on property described as
       Parcel 1 East ½ of Southeast ¼, Section 13, Township 12 South, Range
       12 East, SBB&M. Assessors Parcel Number 019-090-05-01, (1601

    7. Agustin Romero has submitted Conditional Use Permit #05-0013,
       proposing to place a second residence on the rear of their property
       approximately 40 acre parcel acre parcel on property described as
