The Entrepreneurs’ Organization is looking for a full-time business professional to join our team in
Alexandria, VA as a Recruitment Coordinator in the Membership Department. Please read the

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Connect with at least 80 leads per week, including 20 outbound calls to prospects per
       day and acquiring 5 qualified prospects per week.
    Serve as main contact for phone and e-mail membership inquires and track progress
       towards membership (including follow-up)
    Mail letters and prospective members kits to individuals and chapter officers
    Maintain prospect info in prospecting database on daily basis and deliver reports
    Work with Director to identify and attend recruiting events/trade shows/ conventions /
    Help design and coordinate marketing activities for recruitment events
    Create and implement member referral incentives
    Explore new opportunities for sourcing new members through networking websites,
       webcasts and other developing technologies

Job Requirements
    Two years’ business experience, sales and project experience strongly preferred
       Bachelors degree in business or related field
       Exemplary written and verbal communications skills
       Proven ability to meet and exceed goals
       Exhibit a desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally
       Excellent presentation skills and a proficient public speaker
       International experience a plus (travel or experience working with people from other
        countries and cultures or multiple languages)
       Familiarity with CRM systems or sales cycles a plus as well as basic graphic design skills
