no later than Monday, September 10, 2012. Eligible proposals will be accepted on a first-come, first-
served basis through this date until the exhibition spaces are filled. Limit one proposal per school.
Subsequent changes to your submitted information will be accommodated at the staff’s discretion.

INSTALLATION DATES:
Office hours during installation are Tuesday-Friday: 10am-5pm, Saturday: 12pm-5pm.
Installation must be completed within these times. Please plan accordingly.

Although we will not be able to allot everyone their requested location, you may print out and include a
gallery floor plan to note where you think your student’s work would best be displayed and to add
installation notes, etc. If your proposal is accepted, you will receive a map your assigned space, as well as
installation instructions, via email by September 28, 2012.
Return your completed copy of this form no later than Monday, September 10, 2012. Please
remember, proposals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through this date until the
exhibition spaces are filled.
