Sales & Marketing Skills/Capabilities
Basic and mandatory skill and capabilities required for sales and marketing position:
a) Computer usage knowledge, skill and capability to start, open applications,
use Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point applications as well as Email systems
(compose, send, receive emails with or without attachments) and use of the
Internet. Ability to trouble shoot computer and its peripherals.
b) Capability and skills to prepare / develop and write professional reports.
c) Capacity and skills for self-management, working with very minimal or no
d) Ability to manage all the Company’s internal and external business process.
e) Capability and skills to develop proposals.
The Company will provide the necessary learning environment, while tools, facilities
and training will be provided within the Company’s available limits. Notwithstanding,

Upon offer of employment and during the period of probation your performances will
be appraised on a weekly basis. You will set weekly performance targets.
Sustained higher performance, development of multi skills and 100% knowledge of
the Company’s internal and external business activities including sales; general
administration; management; ability to work without supervision; skills and ability to
lead, generate or increase Company’s income would be a consideration for annual
bonuses, directorship or shareholding in the Company.
