position for another Compliance Manager in Connecticut.

Compliance Manager Position

Employment at ICS Compliance means joining other like-minded specialists who are committed to
personal development, high performance, and client service. As a Compliance Manager you will be
responsible for providing comprehensive regulatory compliance services to the financial services
industry. These services include, but are not limited to, administration of our clients’ entire compliance
programs or specific projects such as monitoring, risk assessments, auditing and training.

The Ideal Candidate’s Qualifications:

       Minimum of five (5) years of professional compliance experience in the banking
        industry preferably holding a CRCM designation.
       Ability to interpret regulations and laws and disseminate information.
       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent
        education or experience.
       Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PC software and applications.
       Technical proficiency in regulatory compliance matters
       Previous experience as a Regulator and/or Compliance Officer
       Strong analytical and organizational skills
       Sound interpersonal and problem-solving skills for client-facing interactions
       A passion to stay in front of ever-changing bank regulations
       Excellent communication skills (written and oral)


       Assist with the compliance function for our firm’s banking and credit union
       Perform consulting projects that include targeted consumer compliance
        reviews, website reviews, fair lending analysis, CRA evaluations and BSA/AML
       Interface with all levels of client management as well as the company’s own
       Be able to write clear and appropriate management reports that would include,
        but not be limited to key findings and recommendations.
       Participate in client meetings and executive presentations. Make presentations
        to clients as needed.
       Assist with regulatory and compliance training.
      Perform other duties as assigned.
