Valensi Rose, PLC attorney, Geoffrey A. Weg will be a featured
speaker at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona,
Inaugural Tax Day Seminar.

                                tax and wealth planning attorney, Geoffrey A. Weg, will
                                be a featured speaker at the California State Polytechnic
                                University, Pomona, Inaugural Tax Day Seminar on
                                Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel
                                and Conference Center in Pomona.
                                	
Mr. Weg will speak on a variety of income tax issues and new legislation from the past
year, as well as what is to be expected in the year to come.
	
Mr. Weg is a tax attorney with the firm where he practices tax and estate planning, tax
controversy, and general corporate law. He is immediate past Chair of the Beverly Hills
Bar Association Tax Section and is currently on the Executive Committee of the
California State Bar Taxation Section. Mr. Weg received an LL.M. in Taxation at Loyola
Law School, graduating with Distinction.
	
In 2010 Mr. Weg was invited to join an annual delegation sent to Washington, D.C. to
meet with officials from the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service and
judges with the U.S. Tax Court.
	
The Cal Poly Pomona Inaugural Tax Day is sponsored by the Cal Poly Pomona
Accounting Department and will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 from 7:30 am to
5:00 pm.
