The goal of watermarking is to hide data inside other harmless audio file in a way that does not allow any enemy to detect that there is a second secret data present. watermarking can be used as a means to transmit and hide messages without the fact of the transmission being discovered. If suspicion is raised then the goal of watermarking is defeated. Data embedding algorithms embed binary streams in host multimedia signals. The embedded data can add features to the host multimedia signal or provide copyright protection. We Implement data embedding techniques in audio signals, which are least significant bit (LSB) technique and adaptive audio watermarking technique. In particular, we declare the advantages and limitations of the various approaches. In order to make our techniques more user friendly we built a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for LSB technique. We conclude with a discussion of future research directions.
