SALARY BAND £ 22,809 - £26,523
We are seeking an experienced learning manager with the ability to manage multiple
learning contracts across several funding streams. You will be responsible for managing
learning delivery across the organisation.
The types of learning offered include Skills for Life, Employability skills and Personal /
Social development (Arts, ICT, Cookery etc).
You will manage a team of coordinators each with a specific focus, such as SFL, HE,
and together you will be responsible for planning, designing and rolling out learning
opportunities across the County, from entry level up to HE.
The successful applicant will have a broad understanding of learning, and will have
significant experience of managing across a number of contracts and areas of learning.
Experience of partnership working is essential along with excellent communication,
interpersonal, team management and motivational skills.
