   Qualification in Accountancy/
    Bookkeeping or equivalent
    experience
   In-depth experience with
    bank reconciliations and
    associated reporting
   Experience within an
    accounts payable function
    with emphasis on verifying
    adherence to payment
    validation and authorisation
    processes and procedures
   Experience working with and
    within GoPNG financial
    systems and practices
   Knowledge of and experience
    in applying financial
    regulations and procedures,
    and a real appreciation of the
    necessity to comply with open
    and transparent financial
    practices
  Sound written and verbal
   communication skills, and the
   ability to produce short
   reports
 Highly motivated self-starter
   with a strong work ethic,
   demonstrated ability to pay
   attention to detail, the ability
   to produce work in a timely
   manner and able to work
   effectively as part of a small
   team
 Competence with a range of
