             Assessment for children under 24 months of age

 This is an example of a breastfeeding assessment, done in Indonesia after
  the earthquake in June 2006. It should be adapted to the specific situation
            you are working in and to the specific goals you have.
1. How many children UNDER 5 are there in the family? What are their ages?
