I, the undersigned “Responsible Person”, understand and accept that I am responsible
1. Ensuring that this event complies with College procedures and S.C.
2. Ensuring that this event is managed in such a manner as to allow
only limited and prudent social use of alcohol by participants;
3. Ensuring that any vendor providing and serving alcohol for this
event is licensed to distribute alcohol as required by S.C. law;
4. Ensuring that consumption or utilization of alcoholic beverages
during this event will be strictly confined to the time period and area
specified on this form;
I further understand and acknowledge that:
It is misdemeanor for the possession or consumption of alcohol by those
individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age.
A beer and/or alcohol license is required for the sale of alcohol. Sale of alcohol
is defined to include events where the admission price includes alcohol or
contributions are requested for alcoholic beverages.
It is a violation to drink publicly on the streets or public property or to have an
open container of alcohol in any vehicle.
It is unlawful to serve alcohol to an intoxicated person.
I must report any violation of TTC Procedure 7-4-2 to the President within
twenty-four (24) hours of this event or by the next working day following this
