    Led three projects within Electric Distribution, Gas Transmission and Gas Distribution units; provide deliverable QA, identify delivery issues
    and risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Integrate work project teams to ensure alignment of project team deliverables with the

    Results: Only Gas projects operating in green status. Electric project is on schedule to deliver successful integration.

    Implementation of: Infor EAM AP, PO, Inventory modules

    Guided a team conducting a review of the regional entity’s financial position; governance and fiscal stewardship for the regional entity and
    the 31 local entities within the Tri State region; detailed process mapping, cost performance data and review of the each functional area;
    identified major process and governance risks and issues.
    Results: National Board gave unanimous approval to the recommendations set forth and completed a transition plan to execute the
    recommendations including dissolution of the regional entity and dismissal of key regional executives and board members.

    Developed project timeline, approach and method, conducted the interviews and assessments of all operations and departments, gathered
    requirements and architected 5 – 10 solution for modernization, created project deliverable templates and coding standards, created
    complex conceptual designs. Results: Proposed modernization plan approved by Board. SAP implemented as recommended.

    United States Army (Ft. Lee, VA), Project Manager
    Design, Build of Custom Real Property Management System: Real Property Management System
    Oversee review of DFAS, Blue Book audit findings of current Inventory Management System and all applicable federal government
    regulations for real property accounting and system design. Developed functional and technical requirements to the pseudo code level to
    sufficient for custom coding the inventory system into a real property management system. Direct custom code development, quality
    testing and deployment for the system.
    Results: System was the first federal system to attain JFMIP certification on the first pass, auditor stated financial audit requirements met.
