                NAI Norwood Group brokers lease to ST4 Learning, Dover, NH

PORTSMOUTH, NH - NAI Norwood Group is pleased to announce the lease of 6,300 square
feet at the Cocheco Falls Millworks, 100 Main Street, Dover, NH.

Representing the Tenant, ST4 Learning, Inc. in this transaction was Gregory W. Whalen,
Regional Vice President and Brian O’Brien, RPA & Regional Vice President of NAI Norwood
Group. ST4 Learning, a visual and digital learning company and primary distributors of WordQ
TM and SpeakQ TM software, has now established its US headquarters at 100 Main Street,
Dover, NH. WordQ is an easy-to-master software for Beginning and Proficient writers. It assists
with writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading and editing. The base program
WordQ, operates with four simple buttons. The add-on program, SpeakQ, a speech recognition
tool makes it possible for learners to bypass the keyboard when writing. Albuquerque Public
Schools, New Mexico recently purchased this writing tool for their 131 schools where it will soon
be available for their students, in the classroom and at home.

This new office location search and transaction from initiation to completion was 2 weeks.
According to Caitlin MacGregor, President of ST4 Learning, Inc, “We were under a acute
