7.   CHIPPENHAM HIGH STREET

     Pursuant to Minute 63/08 of Town Council held on Wednesday 25 March
     2009 the following Notice of Motion from Councillor JR Scragg was referred
     to this Committee for consideration and debate:-

     "That this Council considers amending the times of closure (i.e.
     pedestrianisation) of Chippenham High Street to the normal shopping hours
     of 9.00am to 5.30pm."

8.   PROPOSED TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURES/TRAFFIC
     MANAGEMENT

     (i)    Hardenhuish Lane, Chippenham

            Pursuant to Council Minute 77/07 and LTP Working Party Minute
            5/07 to consider a letter (copy attached) and plans (available in the
            Office for Members’ perusal) received from the Integrated Transport
            Manager, Highway Network Improvements, Wiltshire County
            Council regarding proposed pedestrian and cycle improvements at
            Hardenhuish Lane.
      (ii)    Review of fees

              To receive, for information a letter from the Manager, Regulatory
              Services Group, Wiltshire County Council regarding the review of
              fees charged in relation to s38, s278 and s106 agreements (copy
              attached).

9.    STREET NAMING

      To consider any letters received regarding street naming.

10.   CONSULTATION UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003/PUBLIC
      ENTERTAINMENT LICENCES

      To consider, if any, applications received regarding the above.

11.   APPEAL NOTICES AND DECISIONS

      To consider, if any, information relating to the above.

12.   LOCAL PLAN ISSUES

      To consider, if any, issues relating to the above.

              to the said Council.

              (copy enclosed for Committee Members only).

GCL/N.09/07006        Two single storey extensions for administration and two
                      classrooms with associated alterations, playgrounds and
                      landscaping at Monkton Park Primary School, Sadlers Mead,

N.09/00239/ADV        Non-illuminated signage at Units 1 and 2 Bath Road Industrial
