Real Estate Manager
This position will be responsible for the acquisition, development or redevelopment of
commercial / retail properties. In addition to identifying specific sites, the position will require
-Proven track record in site selection and market analysis
-Excellent deal making skills
-Negotiate leases, purchase contracts and amendments with Property Owners, Leasing agents
-Prepare a site package which includes all of the appropriate information necessary to gain
-Prepare and present materials to retailers in order to gain site approvals.
-Establish relationships and partners with internal departments to complete the development
-Develops and utilizes a network of Brokers and other outside consultants.
-Travel as much as 80%+/- depending upon the location of the candidate.
Minimum requirements for position:
-5 years retail site selection and market analysis
-4 year college degree
-Excellent negotiation skills (deal making)
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Experience in municipal planning, permitting and zoning
-Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Strong proven track record of individual and team accomplishments and the achievement of
