Re-Engineering of Attendance Management System – HR & A - It has been
handled for rethinking and redesigning of Attendance Management Processes, in order to
bring about dramatic changes in performance in GSK. For this purpose design team and
execution team come together for overall alterations.
Activity and Customer Value Analysis – Finance – This project has been done
to eliminate, simplify and reduce robustness of finance processes. It is based on
Functional Baseline Concept i.e. increase customer value and deliver significant
Induction Programme - HR & A – Motive behind this project is to make new
employee understand the concepts at GSK site. Overall look of the company presented
with the help of induction manual containing systems and procedures.
OE – Sonepat Site Assessment 2005 – Operational Excellence – The
survey to improve the action plan of OE department to increase the efficiency and
decrease variances at the site. Accordingly further training and development steps taken
by the respective departments.
Training and Development of Employees – HR & A – This project has been
done to understand the training needs in GSK in this competitive environment. And so
various kinds of Training and Development programs have been studied to improve the
performance of the employees.
Omniglobe Information Technologies (MNC, a US based telecom company), Gurgaon

Duration: May, 2004 – August, 2004
Worked as a Transaction Processor for different processes of AT&T, an US based telecom
Processes included the processing of client's requests (order) over the web using softwares
OMT (Order Management Table) and SIEBEL. Basically, it included the processing of a
request for a cell phone and a number to the client within 24hrs. of placing the request.
