General Description (Purpose and Function):
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Trainer is responsible for end user training.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (For Non-exempt Employees Include Percent of Effort):
     Prepares training plans according to the needs identified.
     Prepares training materials.
     Creates and maintains tools (including the UPK) utilized as part of the overall training plan.
     Provides training to end users.
     Ensures post-training follow-up.
     Carries out functional testing during updates.
     Produces and keeps documentation up to date.
     Follows up on requests for support until the issue is fully resolved.
     Ensures the transfer of knowledge.
     Performs at or above the enterprise’s Information Technology performance standards.
     Performs other duties as assigned.
Authority
     Creates training plans.
     Schedule training sessions.
     Maintenance of the UPK.

    Skill in training and development
    Skill in training delivery.
    Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
    Skill in change management.

Education Requirements (Essential Requirements):


Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements):
       Two (2) plus years of training experience.
       Two (2) plus of instructional design experience.
