• Creating a traditional data room entails photocopying, indexing and filing
  an extensive amount of paper, thus the environmental impact of a virtual
  data room is lower
• The cost of procuring a high quality service provider is dependent on
  factors such as: (i) the number of users who require access, (ii) the
  volume of documents to be uploaded and (iii) the length of time required
• The costs involved in setting up a traditional data room usually include a
  fee for the room itself and the labour involved in monitoring the room,
  copying and indexing the documents and responding to any questions

              creating a new folder and sending a notification to all the users
            • Users are able to view a response to their questions as soon

              who may become involved in the transaction
            • Upon completion of the due diligence, the parties may
              be provided with a CD-Rom containing all the information
              which was disclosed
            • Having the documents in an electronic format also alleviates
