					                FEBRUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE - 2011

Bottom Tabs
    Move between forms by clicking on the tabs at the bottom of the sheet.

Tracking
    Assumes that you have to swim a constant distance each day (Goal/28 days).
    Data will show whether you are ahead or behind your goal on a daily and overall basis.

Entry
    Is an entry form that can be mailed into Tualatin Hills Barracudas along with your check
    Yardage and days are automatically loaded into the 'Entry' form.
    Personal data (e.g. name, address, etc) and options (postal mail,e-mail results
         and number of T-shirts, size, swim caps) need to be filled in by you.
    Data can be typed in directly from Excel

E-Mail
    If you e-mail the form, we would like to have it in the Excel 2003 format.

Awards, Pins, and Results
   All participants will receive final results and achievement certificate, if desired.
   For the Counting Yardage Challenge, the top 3 females and top 3 male swimmers in each
   Age Group with the highest monthly yardage totals receive metal awards. For the Counting
   Day Challenge a special FFC gold pin will be given to swimmers who swim 27/29 days.
   A FFC silver pin will be given to swimmers who swim 20-26 days.
