If you e-mail the form, we would like to have it in the Excel 2003 format.
Awards, Pins, and Results
All participants will receive final results and achievement certificate, if desired.
For the Counting Yardage Challenge, the top 3 females and top 3 male swimmers in each
Age Group with the highest monthly yardage totals receive metal awards. For the Counting
Day Challenge a special FFC gold pin will be given to swimmers who swim 27/29 days.
A FFC silver pin will be given to swimmers who swim 20-26 days.
