Directions: (See Creative Writing #2 on Page 795.) Write an apostrophe in the form of a poem to a city, town, or other
area you know well. Include at least five epithets. Your poem should have an appropriate title and be 20-30 lines long.
Your poem must be typed. Your MLA heading should be neatly hand-written on the back of the poem.
Extra Credit: Create an artful background for your poem. This background could be a collage or drawing, but must add
some artistic element to your poem. (You can earn up to 8 extra points, but you will have to earn them; quality matters.)
