            Participation Requirements

Student must have at time of application:
▪ Completed 12 units of college credits
▪ Completed English 100 or equivalent with a grade of
  “C” or better
▪ A grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.5
▪ Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the
    Study English and Psychology
              in Rome

All credits transferable to Cal State Universities and
              Universities of California

       Requirements: 13 units, including one of the one-unit classes noted above.

Note: Classes will start at the beginning of the Spring semester
      on the Fullerton College or Anaheim campus, and will continue
      on the same schedule in Rome.

           Study Abroad Program
$8,070 – Twin-bedded room in apartment

$8,370 – Twin-bedded home stay room

      Plus airline taxes and fuel charges, tuition,
textbooks, class costs, food, & miscellaneous expenses.

    Information, excursions, and price are subject to change.
               Basic Cost Includes:

Airfare (Los Angeles – Rome – Los Angeles)
Hotel room for first night and transfer to apartments.
Housing – Twin-bedded room in apartment (with shared kitchen
& living area) or Home Stay with twin-bedded room (including
daily continental breakfast & five dinners per week) for
additional cost of $300.
Italian conversation course taught by local instructors – two
hours per week – not for credit.
Travel pass for metro, buses and trams.
 Orientation (home stay families will be invited).
Excursions shown on next page
                          Excursions Included:
 Reserved entrance to the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica with
  English-speaking guide.

 Weekly cultural activities such as walking tours, cooking classes, museum visits, soccer
  matches, day trips, concerts, and film nights.

 Reserved entrance to the Colosseum and Rome Forum with English-speaking guide.

 A visit to Cinecitta including entrance and tour of the back lot.

 A four day, three night excursion to Florence including transportation, twin hotel room (on
  bed and breakfast basis), reserved entrances to the Uffizi ad the Accademia, half-day
  walking tour of Florence, and two group dinners.

                   Information, excursions, and prices subject to change.
              Optional Excursion

Three day, two night excursion to Sorrento and Pompeii,
including transportation by train or private bus, two nights
accommodation in twin room (on a bed & breakfast basis),
entrance to Pompeii with services of an English-speaking guide,
a day excursion to Capri, free time to visit the Amalfi coast or
Vesuvius, and two group dinners.

Available for supplemental fee of $495 (based on a minimum
of 20 paying participants.

2. Travel Vendor Application Form and deposit of $450 by check or
   money order made payable to: AIFS
3. Insurance Application and Premium, (amount TBA).
4. Copy of Transcript(s) (unofficial o.k.)
