General presentation
Medecins Sans Frontieres is an international, medical, humanitarian organization, which has been working in
Myanmar since 1992 and is currently providing healthcare in Shan, Rakhine and Kachin States and Yangon
Divisions. Over 1,200 international and national staff works closely together to provide high-quality care and
treatment through a network of health centers and health posts.

Main of task and responsibilities
•   To participate in the implementation and ongoing communication of Function Grid, Salary Scale and the
    new Labor Terms and Condition for National Staff, as requested and delegated by the HR Coordinator.
•   To generate regularly overviews and reports regarding national staff, as required by the HR
    Coordinator/Deputy HR Co.
•   To be responsible for advertising all vacancy for national staff in the mission and participate in the
    recruitment process and selection of personnel in Yangon Coordination as needed.
•   To provide and assist PC’s, project administrators and PC Assistants on the development and
    management of the staff, policies and procedures within the project.
•   To identify issues and suggest solutions in the improvement of national staff policies and their
    administration.
•   Delivery of HR related training at both Coordination and project level
•   To support in organising training and conferences when required.
•   To ensure that all documents are filed correctly and document evolving systems and procedures are in
    place.

Requirements
•  University degree
•  Minimum 2 year experience in HR Administration - preferably with another NGO
•  Fluent English (both written and spoken)
•  Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and all Microsoft Office Program
•  Accuracy, Flexible attitude & Ability to travel to all projects on a regular basis
•  Highly able to keep confidentiality, & Able to work independently
•  Good communication and problem solving skills
•  Ability to work and adapt in different environments
•  Ability to act as part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
