Lunch Order
Synopsys Silicon Valley Science and Engineering Fair volunteers are asked to make
choices for lunch to be provided on Day 1, March 6. Lunch on the 7th will be a choice of
box lunches. If you are working on the 6th, please complete the following form,
choosing either a sandwich or a salad, and save the completed form to your computer.
Then (1) e-mail it back as an attachment to volunteers@science-fair.org, or (2) print and
fax to 650-856-1289, or (3) print and send by US mail to SCVSEFA, Box 307, Los Altos,
CA 94023.

Asian noodle includes grilled chicken and mandarin Oranges, with sesame vinaigrette
Chicken Caesar Salad
Chicken spinach includes cranberries and feta cheese, with pomegranate vinaigrette
Cobb includes chicken and cheese, with blue cheese dressing
Market salad includes ham, turkey, corn, and hard-boiled egg, with creamy basil dressing
Seafood Louie includes hard-boiled egg and Pollock, with 1000 Island dressing.
Southwestern Chicken includes cheese and mini-tortilla strips, with creamy cilantro
dressing
All salads are made with Romaine and Iceberg lettuces and red cabbage. Each salad
includes a different combination of vegetables, including cucumbers, red onion, carrots,
olives, tomatoes, or corn. The dressing is packaged separately.
