由其主要负责人亲笔签字，并打印注明签字人全名和职务，加盖最终用户企业印章。签名和企业印章必须完整清晰。通常在
                         《最终用户和最终用途证明》的英文和香港、澳门、台湾地区专用的《最
收到客户资料后 25-30 天可申请取得出口许可证。
