      1. Survey the scene
      2. Secure the scene
      3. Assess victim/s
                 Triage
                 Primary survey (check ABC’s)
                 Secondary survey (DOTS, SAMPLE History)
      4. Contact EMS
                 911
      5. Perform any necessary critical treatments until EMS arrives.
                 CPR, Rescue Breathing, Control bleeding, etc.
