Key Duties:
              Assists in the management of concession contracts of the OTA which includes reviewing contract
               requirements and ensuring compliance by OTA concessionaires; prepares reports on the status of various
               properties, lease expirations and related matters.
              Assists in the management of OTA business interests in liaison with Oklahoma Highway Patrol which
               includes yearly budget development and approval of requisitions for material and equipment; maintains
               records and inventories of OHP property; ensures expenditures are in accordance with existing budgetary
               requirements.
              Oversees building maintenance services provided by third party service providers which includes
               plumbing, electric, HVAC services, janitorial and grounds maintenance services; plans, schedules, and
               coordinates general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects.
              Serves as fleet manager and supervises staff responsible for maintaining OTA Administrative Office fleet.
              Assists in the budget development for the General Administration Division which includes operating
               requirements, and equipment and material purchases.
              Represents the department in contacts with the general public and public officials, answering questions
               and resolving complaints.
              Serves as backup in the absence of the Contracting & Acquisitions Administrator.

Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to review and analyze financial data, contracts and other business documents; to establish budget goals;
to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to organize and conduct several projects simultaneously;
to analyze complex situations and adopt an appropriate course of action; to direct and supervise the work of
others; and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Knowledge of property
management work; of business communications; of the budgetary process; and of business operations.
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and three years experience planning, transportation or property
management, business or related professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience. Experience in property management preferred.
