JOB TITLE: Communications Engineer

SUMMARY: Candidate will provide Communications Electronics Maintenance
support in the areas of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture,
Systems/Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support for
Information Systems.

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities will include working closely with government personnel and other
contractors to provide support services. Develop and implement management metrics tied
to identified performance measures affecting selected courses of action for Information
Systems. Support will be in the form of design, development, integration, fielding,
testing, analysis and maintenance of communications systems and equipment. Additional
responsibilities in the areas of: Requirements Document Development, Analyses
Translation, System and Component Specifications, Interface Identification and
Definition, Integration/Fielding Planning, Integration and Fielding, As-Build
Documentation, System Level Testing, and System Maintenance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Must have at least a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical/
Electronics/Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.

Progressive Experience: Must have at least six (6) years experience in the development,
prototyping and integration or test and evaluation of communications and systems
engineering of Navy C4I systems, MRAP, UAH, CONDOR communications suites or
related USMC C4I systems, C3 or C4ISR systems or subsystems.

Specific Experience: Must have at least three (3) years of the last six (6) years of
experience associated with Navy C4I systems, TEG, COC, USMC C4I systems or related
C4ISR systems and subsystems, especially in the area of communications.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      Essential requirement is to perform multiple tasks in a fluid and dynamic
       environment.
      Detail oriented; have the ability to work quickly and accurately; be able to
       effectively communicate verbally and in writing; be able to work with team
       members to accomplish team objectives on schedule; and be a self-starter with a
       high level of initiative and maturity.
      Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and
       must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
