Policy violations are enforced through
progressive RIGHT OF ENTRY REFUSAL
1st violation = re-trained and warned
2nd violation = 24 hours off right of way
3rd violation = 72 hours off right of way
4th violation = 1 year off right of way
Each violation disappears 2 years after date of occurrence
Persons found on the right of way who have
lost RIGHT OF ENTRY are cited for trespassing
