If the answer to these questions is yes, you could be involved in
                        an exciting new cross-Departmental initiative.

Civil Service North West has started a mentoring scheme which
will provide the opportunity for civil servants in the region to
mentor or be mentored by someone from another Government
                        Department.

Could YOU be a Mentor? Would you like one?

The Civil Service North West Mentoring Scheme provides an excellent
opportunity for help with career and skills development, as well as real
                  personal growth.

By asking the right questions, a mentor can help you unlock solutions to
knotty work issues you’ve been wrestling with and broaden your abilities
                  and perspective.
