    1. Local LINk News

We had been expecting that the LINk would have a new Host organisation
from 1 July. However, the LINk’s present Host, Scout Enterprises, has now
been asked by the Council to continue supporting the LINk until 31 October.
The Council will be commencing a new procurement exercise for a new
Host to take over from 1 November.

Connie Wright, BANES LINk Committee member, has been awarded the
British Empire Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours List for "Voluntary
Service to Healthcare".
We are delighted at this richly-deserved recognition of Connie's tireless
work for the improvement of healthcare at the RNHRD, and more generally
in Bath and B&NES. We wish her a long and productive future in this work
- which may sound like a sentence to long-term exhaustion, but we all know
that Connie wouldn't want it any other way! Well done Connie, we are very
happy for you!

Time to Change

75 projects across England from April 2012 to March 2015. The fund will

who have not; engage the public or local communities in meaningful
