JPMorgan Chase is pleased to serve as agent for Enterprise Education Foundation, a new
college scholarship program established in 2009. This scholarship is available to worthy and
deserving high school students from the seven county metro area with a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Candidates must have strong ethics, leadership and entrepreneurial skills. An interest in
finance, real estate, entrepreneurial development or general business administration is

encouraged to apply.

For the 2011-2012 academic year, scholarships will be $4,000 a year. Recipients may reapply
for an additional three years of assistance. The size of future scholarship awards may be
affected by the available funds in the Enterprise Education Foundation trust.
