Substation Upgrades Substations Switchs 135, T127, T128, and 136 with 2000A unit.
Raise 1200 amp CT ratio to 2000 Amps. All other
terminal equipment rated at 2000 Amps. Would
allow line rating to become 1858 Amp emergency
Mustang - Morgan Road conductor rating. M H Hakim has reviewed, and is
138kV line Mustang 138kV sub just a ratio change only.
Install Tap structure 2mi E. of Haymaker, build
138KV line to Richards sub 3 Mi. N4 and .5 E, loop
through to Piedmont sub .5W, 3 mi. N, 1.5 Mi. E.
Richards Tap to Richards sub NW OKC , Morgan Rd. and Budtget $$ shared between ES and TP (PL
to Piedmont 138kV Wlishire to Piedmont sub Crissup, 10/14/04).
Rebuild and Reconductor with single pole double

Replace 1200 Amp line switch 131, wave trap, and
CT with 2000 Amp equipment, in order to raise limit
Division Avenue - Replace Division Avenue - Silverlake of line to emergency limit of 1289 Amps or 308
Switch, Trap and CT 138kV line MVA.
Horseshoe Lake 69kV CT Increase the 300A CT limit at HSL to 600A on the
increase Horseshoe Lake 69kV HSL(54937) - Hammett (54841) 69kV line.
Install 69kV Breaker at Park Lane. Install 69kV
Breaker, Control House & SCADA at Ahloso.
Contruct 1.5 miles of Double Circuit 69kV, 477MCM
Park Lane & Ahloso ACSR transmission line from Park Lane to Valley
Substations Ada, Oklahoma View Tap.
The Park Lane - Ahloso 69kV line overloads under
contingency. Change transmission switch #30 to a
1200A switch. Increase relay and CT settings at
Park Lane. May require changing out relays and
Ahloso Tap Ada other equipement.
Convert Tibbens 69kV to 138kV using the existing
site for the new 138kV sub. Remove the old 69kV
sub and build a new 138kV substation. Install one
20MVA 138-12.5kV xfmer. Construction should
start in the fall of 2005 and end in the spring of
Tibbens Road Sapulpa, OK 2006.
Contingency Study shows Helberg 161-69kV
transformer overload for loss of Little Spadra 161-
Short Mtn-Razorback Cnst 16 Short Mountain to new 69kV transformer. Need to complete the south loop
mi of 161(69)kV line Razorback Substation pre-summer 2006 and convert to 161kV by 2010.
In 2005, perform substation and SP&C work. In
2006, construct 8 miles of 138kV, 795MCM ACSR
single pole transmission line between NE Enid
Glenwood-NE Enid Substation and Glenwood Substation pre-summer.
Transmisssion Line Enid, OK Postponed due to budget constraints.
Install Aux. CT's for the bus differential protection
scheme so the CTR can increase to 600A at
Shawnee on the Shawnee(55068) - Mission(55070)
Shawnee CT increase Shawnee 69kV Sub 69kV line.
Increase the CTR at OGE's Muskogee from 1500A
to 2000A. There will also have to be work
Muskogee - Clarksville 345kV completed on AEP's Clarksville to increase their
