forward deployed aircraft carriers’ relocation and turnover. Analyzed three Joint Strike Fighter
F-35 aircraft program Performance Base Logistics (PBL) agreements identifying flaws and
resulting in complete revisions. Directed the logistical support of 55 deployed and home based
aircraft squadrons, 12 Training Aircraft Squadrons, and 28 Navy and Marine Corps Aircraft
