This policy defines appropriate conduct and establishes a framework for crisis intervention and
investigation of complains. Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) is committed to providing a safe
and non-violent environment for all.
Medical Education programs adhere to HFHS Policy No. 5.13 Workplace Violence, located in
the System Human Resource Policies Manual.
Procedures specified in Policy 5.13 apply to all House Officers, with the following exceptions:
