(twin/queen/queen), 1½ bath, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, screened-in porch, newly
installed central air & heat, front and back entrance, cable TV, VCR/DVD, outdoor shower, lawn &
picnic area, fenced in yard, parking pad for unloading.
Quiet residential area catering to families only. Close to fishing and crabbing, children’s playground,
ball fields, skateboard ramps, within walking distance of the ocean beach, boardwalk & shopping areas.
SORRY NO SMOKING & NO PETS
Maximum of 8 guests permitted – *A $25 charge for extra guests per night
Return a “copy” of this form with a $250 deposit for each week. Deposits must be received by
March 1st to secure your week. Make checks out to Darby Manor Apartments and mail to the
address below. A receipt will be sent confirming the date.
