                  CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
                           FOR
                 OUT-OF-SCHOOL PLACEMENTS


The Ministry of Education has stated the following in its Cooperative Education
Policies and Procedures Manual:

        “Students must complete the full term outlined in their
         Work-Education Agreement. The completion date of
         this agreement should coincide with the completion
         date of other school courses.”

To fulfill this requirement for the awarding of your out-of-school coop credits, the
following time must be spent at the work site: February 9th, 2009 to June 12,2009.
Failure to attend at the coop placement within the assigned hours until the last day
of classes for the semester will indicate the student’s wish to not be awarded credits
for this program.
