    Current Timelines and Status -
               ICD10
• Detailed Project Planning is progressing
• Key internal project milestones have been identified and
  associated dates proposed; final draft to go out today
  with a full draft release to all parties next week
• AHCCCS has confirmed out plan to implement “Native”
  processing and will not employee the use of cross-walks
  or maps
• Review and update of the initial assessments of systems
  impacts is in progress
• An inventory of impacted policies, documentation, etc…
  is in progress
• Training opportunities and inventory of available
  materials/documentation in progress                     2
    Current Timelines and Status -

• CMS onsite training sessions conducted 12/12 and
  12/13
• Working to develop and/or arrange a project overview for
  MCO’s for early March
• Developing AHCCCS specific “collaboration” and
  “sharepoint” sites
• Internally prepared, Executive Management Overview
  shared with all attendees at the December Consortium
  meeting and distributed to MCO leadership last week
• Development of a ICD10 webpage on the AHCCCS site,
  in progress
