100th Site Has Been Added to EDCUtah’s
SURE Sites Program
(Salt Lake City, UT) – Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCUtah) has announced
the 100th available site has been added to the organization’s SURE Sites program.
UtahSURESites.com is the state’s only qualified site location program, designed to meet the
needs of relocating and expanding businesses. The database includes some of the top sites in Utah
along with critical information necessary to make sound real estate decisions.
“We are proud to announce that the 200-acre Campbell property in Carbon County has just been
posted to UtahSURESites.com making it the 100th available site to be posted,” said EDCUtah
President and CEO Jeff Edwards. “This milestone proves that SURE Sites is an effective resource
for those selling buildings or land for office or industrial use in Utah.”
EDCUtah uses the sites listed on SURE Sites when it is submitting proposals to companies that
are expanding in or moving to Utah. Sites that are listed on SURE Sites have a better chance of
being evaluated by real estate and site selection professionals.
“We spent more than a year putting the SURE Sites program together,” Edwards stated. “We
worked with site selectors and real estate executives to identify the type of information they want
and the kinds of questions they typically ask. Since the site has everything they need they don’t
have to look anywhere else. They have come to depend on SURE Sites as their source for site
selection in Utah.”
EDCUtah is an investor-based public/private partnership working to promote the state of Utah.
EDCUtah specializes in being a comprehensive source of critical economic data, as well as both
public and private contacts in order to facilitate the recruitment of out-of-state companies and the
expansion of local business.
