           COMMISSION STAFF’S NOTICE OF INFORMAL CONFERENCE


       Richardsville Gas Company, Inc. (“Richardsville”) has requested an informal

conference with Commission Staff. Pursuant to Administrative Regulation 807 KAR

5:001, Section 4(4), Commission Staff has scheduled an informal conference on

October 11, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, in Conference Room 2 of the

Commission offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky.

       Richardsville must be represented by counsel or a corporate officer authorized to

enter into a settlement agreement. Richardsville should bring to the conference all

documents in support of its position.
