Adobong Labong Ingredients: 3 cups of labong, slice thinly 1 cup of chopped gluten or tokwa 5 pcs. of garlic, crushed 4 tbsp. of lime juice Salt for the taste 1 meduim size of onion, chopped 1 ½ tbsp. Soy sauce 2/3 cups of mixed water & soy sauce 5 tbsp. of cooking oil How to cook: Put the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add the gluten or tofu. Cook and mix continuously. Put the labong together with mixed water and soy sauce. Cook and wait until labong become totally cooked enough. Add the lime juice with less heat. Cook for another 6 minutes. Put the salt for the taste.
