OFFICIAL RULES:

  1. Entry must be submitted on this form to be eligible.
  2. A Rookie is classified as someone that has been in the business for four (4) years or
     fewer by the application deadline date.
  3. All information on the official rules form should be bulleted and in chronological order.
  4. Each application must be signed by the nominee’s Broker or Manager as verification of
     applicant’s information to the best of their knowledge at the time.
  5. Deadline for submissions to HCAR is 5:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2012.

Education (25%)
Credit is given for seminars, courses toward designations, any professional education courses
that improve ability and expertise. (Based on whole career)




Productivity (20%)
Calculated as 1% per settled transaction side up to a maximum of 20%. (Based on the
number of transactions and not volume in the past 12 months from submission date, i.e. one
transaction = 1%, 10 transactions = 10%, 20 transactions = 20%, 25 transactions = 20%)




Participation in Local Board/Association, State (MAR), National (NAR) Activities (20%)
Includes attendance at conferences, conventions, on committees and/or other activities.

Community Service, Charitable, and Civic Activity (10%)
Involvement, membership, or leadership roles in any community service, charitable and/or civic
organizations.
