									Field Marketing Manager                                                                      Boston, MA

EnerNOC, a leading provider of demand response and energy efficiency solutions, has an immediate
need for a Field Marketing Manager to join our world-class Marketing organization. Field Marketing
Managers drive market penetration and sales growth in their assigned geographies by designing go-to-
market strategies, executing effective marketing campaigns, and working closely with EnerNOC sales
leaders on other strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and excellent research,
writing, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

       Coordinating with other members of the Marketing team to drive insightful analysis into
        market trends and identifying opportunities for EnerNOC
       Managing regional strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and EnerNOC
        brand awareness
       Developing regional customer and prospect knowledge through analyses of market,
        competitive, and industry developments
       Designing, developing and executing campaigns using various marketing mechanisms
        (webinars, emails, events, etc..) to achieve regional sales and marketing goals
       Building and managing relationships with regional industry and trade associations to support
        marketing opportunities
       Building strong relationships with regional sales and operations teams
       Acting as a knowledgeable and vocal EnerNOC champion for regional customer needs
       Identifying and improving process weaknesses and creating tools to enhance team
        productivity
       Tracking marketing progress against goals, identifying issues, and recommending and
        executing on solutions for improvement
       Performing other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

       Minimum of B.A. or B.S. undergraduate degree required
       MBA from a top business school
       A minimum of 5 years work experience in B2B marketing, management consulting, or a similar
        role
       Demonstrated success in relationship building

       Ability to establish credibility with customers, market influencers, upper management, and
        salespeople
       Ability to work well on a team in a rapidly growing business
       Comfort in performing and prioritizing a variety of tasks – research, sales and marketing, and
        analytical skills will be used and developed
       A proactive and energetic attitude
       Ability to understand and explain sophisticated concepts and technologies simply and clearly
       Desire to create change in the world while having fun doing it
