ASSIGNMENT 1: PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND BARRIERS

Task 1: Personal Attributes (P1)

     Produce a brief report that states the personal attributes and EXPLAIN WHY they are
     valued by employers, especially your bank. Personal attributes are made up of general,
     specific job-related attributes and attitudes. You should explain at least one topic from
     EACH of these areas,

Good working Procedure:

A good working procedure is very important in any job. The employee should have proper
procedures to carry out each task that are assigned to him. It helps the employee to manage the
task and avoid further miscommunication.

General Attributes:

Team Working:

Employee value team working skills because team working is very important for any
organisation. It helps the company do more work in less amount of time. When everyone puts
his/her efforts into it there are fewer chances of errors and more quality work can be produce.

Attitude:

Determination (Motivation):

Determination is very important for an employee because it helps the employee to set the
targets that he wants to achieve. The employee have an ability to stand-up and do what you
think without been pull off by small problem

Confidence:

Confidence is very important in any job. The employee has to make some decisions in some part
of his job. He has to be confident that the decision he is making is right. There should be no
doubts in his mind.
