							JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT COORDINATOR, MITYANA, UGANDA



     Overall responsibility for coordination of projects in Uganda as defined and directed by
      relevant Project Leaders of Mityana U.K. Charity, in consultation with the Chairmen of
      Mityana (Uganda) Charity Ltd and Chairman of Mityana (UK) Charity.
     Responsible for liaison with the relevant project leaders in Uganda.
     Responsible for liaison with the Treasurer and with the appointed accountant and auditors
      in Uganda.
     Accountable for following up actions and email correspondence from the UK Project Leaders
      in order to achieve definition and achievement of project objectives with regard to;
          o Timing of activities
          o Quality of outcome
          o Cost
     Responsible for the provision of weekly status reports to the UK and Uganda committee,
      highlighting variances from agreed project plans and budgets.
          o Responsible for the provision of necessary support to project leaders
