Head of Department/Subject Leader
   -   Termly PE Partnership networking/training day for PLT’s and SSCo’s to plan for the future. Current issues
       will be presented such as health and safety, Inclusion, Ofsted, Assessment for Learning plus time to network
       and plan.
   -   PE conference – Inclusion in PE
   -   Raising the Bar- a personalised multi-skills programme and resource for achieving outstanding learning in PE
       and Sport run by ‘Create’
   -   Subject/Strategic Leadership – 3 day package to review PE Department. Impact orientated,
       planning/development, action plan, evaluation (over an academic year)
   -   ‘Accelerating Abilities’ is a tool to accelerate learning. It is the only tool of its kind run by ‘Create’

School Culture
   -   Healthy Futures – Training and resources for a programme to engage pupils and their families (Booked as
       whole school inset)
   -   Engaging All pupils in Physical Activity (including the reluctant children)
   -   Learn to compete - creating a strong Competition Structure run by ‘Create’
   -   Positive Behaviour at Lunchtime for Senior staff and mid day supervisors (booked as a cluster of schools)
   -   Implementation of Pupil Leadership – resource and training

Staff Subject Development
   -   Leap into Life – KS1 Whole PE Curriculum Resource
   -   FUNS for everyone – KS 2/3 fundamental movement skills resource. Creating independent learners run by
       ‘Create’
   -   PE Curriculum Training KS1/KS2 Dance, KS1/KS2 Gymnastics, Athletics, Games, Tennis, OAA
   -   Trampolining – required by all staff teaching trampolining in schools
   -   First Aid
   -   Swimming – Life saving and Pool safety trainer
   -   TOPS Courses – this year TOP Activity, TOP Athletics, TOP Swimming (others can be requested by school)
   -   TA’s 3 day course for HLTA’s that are expected to teach PE, providing them with fundamental skills to do so
Workshops
   -   Skipping
   -   Curling and Boccia
   -   New Sports – Rock-it Ball, Waveboarding, Indo-boarding, Korf Ball and others on request.

Hire of Equipment
   -   For whole school sport days, equipment is available for hire.



Whole School Package Available
Individual School package
Create a tailor made and personalised package for use in your school to achieve current targets that
schools need to reach. For example, it could include healthy schools, community cohesion, SEAL, RRS,
leadership or other specified content.
Whole School Training
Individually tailored whole school training programme for staff. This can be related to several areas of the
PE curriculum using child centred learning.
School Requests
As each school is unique ‘Enhance’ is happy to provide a service for individual schools that suits their
needs. This allows maximum benefit to be gained by the school
Team Building
For the whole school staff this team building CPD offers an excellent opportunity to take time out and re-focus as a
team on the future. It can be tailored to a brief from the Headteacher.

It can be half a day or a full-day (either at the school or at an outside venue). It provides many different exercises
and opportunities to discuss, as a team, everyone’s strengths and then looks at how you as a staff can move
forward together. Well worth the investment.
