To Whom It May Concern:
I am respectfully requesting you and your business’s assistance with the National Criminal Enforcement
Association’s upcoming 2012 National Interdiction Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma in March 2012.
The NCEA is a non-profit organization that strives to provide the best training available to today’s law
enforcement officers. This training is successful each year thanks to the assistance of many private businesses
and companies that donate funds, materials and resources to help assist in our efforts.
I am respectfully requesting your assistance to aid us in this matter. The NCEA Corporation is having its “13th
Annual Networking Conference and National Awards Breakfast” at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa,
Oklahoma, March 12-16, 2012.
The NCEA will have over 600 law enforcement officers attending from all 50 states in the United States and
Canada. The reason for this conference is for the NCEA to instruct law enforcement officers throughout our
country in the latest techniques and training in detecting criminal activity such as; wanted persons, stolen
property, illegal guns, alcohol, illegal contraband to include narcotics and illegal proceeds from illicit drug
trafficking, and infiltrating terrorist activities on our nation’s streets and highways.
Please assist us by donating financially to our cause. We will be using the proceeds to pay for food and beverage
on breaks as well as hospitality for the attendees. We will list you or your business’s name as contributors at this
year’s conference for all to see! I have included our non-profit organization tax identification number so that
you may write this contribution off in your company’s taxes when you file for this year.
Our Federal Tax Identification Number is: #55-0802098 NCEA, Corp.
This letter also covers donations of merchandise for raffles and materials and resources that will be used
throughout the week of the 2012 National Interdiction Conference. Any consideration that you may provide us
in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
