The Byron Nelson High School Homecoming game is tomorrow, September 7.

Come support the Bryon Nelson football team as they compete against Frisco High School at
NISD Stadium. Kick-off is at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or online at
www.totalgatesolutions.com. Tickets are $7.

Remember, the first 200 people through the gate will receive a free Rally Towel. Get one before
they are gone!

Tonight at 5:00 is our first General PTA meeting of the school year.

Please come and hear about all the new and exciting programs Medlin PTA will be offering this
year. The Dad’s Club will be selling pizza and drinks.

NJHS members: Remember your lunch meeting today in room G203 – Mrs. Appel’s room.
Bring your lunch!

Anyone who plans on running cross country for Medlin is invited to start working out with the
Byron Nelson cross country runners in the mornings. They start at 7am. Coach Spoor would
love to have you join them….and he will have workouts that are for middle school runners too!

Curriculum Night is tonight from 5:15-7:30,

And the Aim For Success Parent Program begins at 6:30

Medlin needs a new mascot for the year! Any 8th grader who is interested, please stop by Ms.
Scholler’s room, A103. Be ready to show your enthusiasm! She will be making a decision by
next Friday, September 14th.
