The diversity of the students from the 4

Through the dedicated efforts of Lido Past President Charlie Russo, our Club took part in helping pro-
vide Brendan Marrocco, a multiple amputee, with a new home. The program that helps our disabled service-
men and women is called Homes for Heroes. Charlie told the Lido membership about the program which
helps a veteran get a home for himself and his family.
Charlie contacted his long time friend, Tony Sigillito the
Director of the program, and offered his own personal as-
sistance and that of our Club.
The total contribution of over $16,800 included
funds from our Club, funds from a party hosted by Lido
member Jerry Truman at his home, and Charlie’s person-

accessible, is located in Brendan’s hometown of Staten Is-
